How to use our order form

Mail, Phone or Fax:

1. Click here to view the order form.
2. Print it out. Use your browser's Print button at the top of the screen.
3. Fill it in while you are browsing through our on-line shop. Take notes of the samples or merchandise that you wish to order. Fill in all information including the product name, and product number if applicable. Also note down the price.
4. You can mail or fax your completed order to us, or if you prefer to phone us, please have your completed order form with you when you do call, for faster service.
5. Please have your Visa or Mastercard ready as well.
6. If you have any questions or would like to place an order, please telephone us between 8:00am and 4:30pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday Toll Free 1-866-833-4777 or send us an email.

Please note due to some security settings on your computer you may experience some difficulties with this method

For your security and convince a customer service representative will contact you (by phone or email) to confirm your order, provide you with a full cost quotation including shipping, and verify your credit card information or other payment method once the order has been sent..
3. Click "Submit Order Form" This will send the PDF form to our office for processing
4. Please have your Visa or Mastercard ready as we will call you between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Pacific Time to complete your order.

Shipping

We ship our orders via freight, courier or mail (depending on size) within Canada and the Continental U.S. Hardware orders are delivered in 1-5 weeks, depending on your area. We will advise your method of shipping and costs before finalizing the order.
